Indiqube Spaces Ltd., one of India's leading managed workspace providers, operates eight decentralised Sewage Treatment Plants across its commercial facilities in Bengaluru. Despite generating treated water daily, the plants ran entirely on manual control — with no cross-site visibility, no reuse infrastructure, and 15 operators managing routine tasks across eight locations.

Challenge

Each of the eight STPs operated as an isolated unit with no centralised monitoring and no shared intelligence. Fixed-schedule aeration ran regardless of actual load, driving unnecessary energy consumption. Fifteen full-time operators were required for daily management, and treated water went entirely to waste despite clear reuse potential. Performance varied site to site, entirely dependent on the individual operator present.

Solution

ParyAI deployed IoTreat®, its AI and IIoT autonomous treatment platform, across all eight sites simultaneously. IoT sensors and automation systems were installed at every plant, feeding into a unified dashboard giving Indiqube's team centralised monitoring and remote control for the first time. Dynamic aeration adjusted in real time based on load, predictive maintenance alerts replaced reactive breakdowns, and treated water quality was stabilised and redirected for flushing, landscaping, and utility operations across facilities.

Outcome

Energy consumption dropped from 780 to 480 kWh per day — a 38% reduction driven by load-based aeration replacing fixed schedules. Operator headcount fell from 15 to 2 across all eight sites as automation and remote monitoring absorbed routine operations. Freshwater reuse went from zero to 155 m³ per day — a complete transformation in water circularity. Indiqube's STPs moved from manually operated utilities to a single intelligent, autonomous system delivering stable, standardised performance across all facilities.
